Tee Bets sets up the side games your group is playing — Skins, Nassau, Match Play, Stableford, Wolf, Flip Wolf, Vegas, Scotch, 9 Point, Bingo-Bango-Bongo, and Junk/Dots — plus a full Ryder Cup team tournament. Everyone scores on their own phone, and the app calculates who owes whom with the fewest payments to settle up. It's a tracker and settlement calculator; it never handles money.
How does scoring on everyone's phone work?
One person sets up the round and shares it (link or QR). Everyone in the group joins and sees the live
leaderboard as scores come in. Scoring can be handed off at any time.
Does Tee Bets handle money or payments?
No. It calculates who owes whom and the fewest payments to settle. You settle up in person or with your own
payment app. There is no in-app currency, wagering, or payment.
Do I need an account?
You sign in with Apple once. There's no separate password and no third-party login. Your history syncs across
your own devices through iCloud.
How are handicaps calculated?
Tee Bets uses USGA course-handicap math (with plus-handicap support). Enter each player's Handicap Index and
the course's slope/rating, and net games allocate strokes by each hole's stroke index — even on a 9-hole round.
How do I add a course?
Search the community course catalog, snap a photo of the scorecard to import its pars and stroke indexes, or
enter them by hand. You can optionally share a course you add so other golfers can find it.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual rounds, cups, courses, or roster players in the app, or remove everything by deleting the
app and clearing its data in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Tee Bets.
See the Privacy Policy. In short: no servers of ours, no ads, no trackers; your data stays in your own iCloud.
